This 100% sparkling Gewürztraminer is from a single vineyard, Oak Ridge Vineyard in Husum, WA, at 1400 feet in elevation. Organically grown & WA state certified organic grapes, these vines celebrated their 40th birthday in 2022, being some of the original vines planted at Oak Ridge Vineyard in 1982. Made in the traditional method with zero dosage.

Notes of lychee, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, croissant, light bubbles with delicious acidity.

2021 Sparkling Wine • Brut

Derelict Vineyard • Columbia Gorge AVA

This Brut style sparkling wine was made from 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, grown at Derelict Vineyard at 2000 feet in elevation. Made in the traditional method, it was aged sur lie for 26 months, with a dosage of 10 g/L.

Notes of lemon, lime pith, bing cherry, fresh bread, bright acidity with lively bubbles.

This 100% Pinot Noir Rosé is from Rainmaker Vineyard, grown sustainably at 1400 feet in elevation. 50% whole cluster pressed and 50% foot-stomped with 3-4 hours skin contact, then pressed. 

Notes of bing cherry, rose hips, blood orange, with a subtle salinity and plenty of acid.

This carbonic style of Pinot Noir was fermented without the presence of oxygen, allowing the fermentation to carry on inside each individual grape until they burst. This creates a juicy, fruity style of Pinot Noir without a lot of tannin. 

Notes of Rainier cherry, bing cherry, macerated strawberry, bubblegum, with subtle thyme & oregano notes.

This single vineyard Syrah was whole-cluster fermented and sustainably grown at Windhorse Vineyard at 1000 feet in elevation. Aged in neutral oak for 9 months. 4th leaf fruit.

Notes of blackberry, huckleberry, raspberry, green olive, bacon fat, and peppery spice in this light-bodied version of Syrah.

Notes of grapefruit, apricot, blood orange, and guava with thirst quenching bubbles.
