This Brut style sparkling wine was made from 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, grown at Derelict Vineyard at 2000 feet in elevation. Made in the traditional method, it was aged sur lie for 26 months, with a dosage of 5 g/L.
Notes of lemon, lime pith, bing cherry, fresh bread, bright acidity with lively bubbles.

This 100% Pinot Noir Rosé is from Oak Ridge Vineyard, grown organically at 1400 feet in elevation. 50% whole cluster pressed and 50% foot-stomped with 20 hours skin contact, then pressed.
Notes of bing cherry, strawberry, rose hips, blood orange, with a subtle salinity and plenty of acid.

From the amazing Oak Ridge Vineyard, organically grown, this carbonic style of Pinot Noir was fermented without the presence of oxygen, allowing the fermentation to carry on inside each individual grape until they burst. This creates a juicy, fruity style of Pinot Noir without a lot of tannin.
Notes of Rainier cherry, bing cherry, macerated strawberry, bubblegum, with subtle thyme & oregano notes.
